How quickly will I receive a response?
You will receive an initial response within an average of 48 hours. For smaller requests, this may already include a solution or recommendation. For more complex issues, we provide an initial assessment within this timeframe.
What does the 48-hour response time include?
Typically, you will receive first responses or solutions to smaller security requests within 48 hours. For larger projects, we provide regular updates and partial results until the entire request is completed.
How does the subscription work if I want to pause or cancel?
There is no pause feature. You are either subscribed or not. If you cancel your subscription, we will continue working on any open tasks until the end of the month. After that, all work will stop until you restart your subscription. This ensures a clear separation between active and inactive periods.
How do you handle large requests?
For larger projects, such as comprehensive risk analyses or setting up security standards for compliance, we break tasks into manageable milestones. You can view the project status and the estimated delivery times for each milestone on our platform.
How do I submit a request?
Our platform allows you to submit requests via a task/project management system. Each client receives their own project, where tasks are created, files are uploaded, and communication happens via chat. Additionally, you will have access to a dashboard that gives you an overview of progress and tasks.
Are there services you do not offer?
Yes, we do not cover physical security, forensic investigations, or real-time monitoring. However, we can recommend trustworthy partners or help you find the right experts for these services.
What if I only have one request?
No problem! You can end your subscription after completing a single request and resume it whenever you need security support again. There’s no pressure to keep paying if you don’t need ongoing assistance.
Do you offer refunds if I am dissatisfied with the service?
Due to the nature of our work, we do not offer refunds. However, we are committed to ensuring your full satisfaction with our support and consulting services.
